Our Fees

There is no charge for free tickets.

Service fees for tickets are calculated as $0.25 + 2.00% per ticket but capped at 7.50% or $50.00, whichever is lower. Add-ons are calculated as $0.25 + 2.00% per add-on but capped at 7.50% or $50.00, whichever is lower. This fee covers Secret Party's services.

Processing fees are calculated as $1.50 + 4.50% per ticket or add-on. This fee covers costs associated with the payment transaction.

Surcharge taxes/fees may be calculated as a fixed amount or percent of the ticket or add-on price, if it is enabled. This fee covers any taxes or surcharges required for the ticket class.

Transfers are no charge for free tickets or when the automatic refund/payment system is not used. For paid tickets transferred using online payment there is a $1.50 + 4.50% fee per ticket transferred. All fees are refunded to the original purchaser when the transfer is complete.

Payment disputes or chargebacks will result in a $45.00 fee per ticket plus service, processing, and transfer fees which will be deducted from the event payout or charged to the organizer.
